Little Marsland

Little Marsland is a contemporary character cottage tucked away down a wooded lane in a secluded valley by the sea, set within a Nature Reserve and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Marsland Mouth on the Devon/Cornwall border.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage sleeps eight, with wooden floors, a large modern kitchen and dining area opening onto the garden, and an upstairs lounge with a wood-burning stove and views through the trees to the sea. Dogs are welcome and the secure garden is a haven for wildlife.

From our very first meeting, we have handled every changeover at Little Marsland with care and attention. Our Changeovers team prepares the cottage to a consistently high standard, while our Laundry Services provide fresh, quality linen and towels — both of which the owner singles out for praise.

We keep in regular contact with the owner and respond quickly to any questions, so they always know their cottage is being looked after.
